He has overseen more than 2,500 investor applications and built the data infrastructure that powers transparent fund comparison for residency-by-investment programmes.

Before founding Movingto, Dean spent over a decade in financial technology and cross-border investment advisory, working with institutional and private investors navigating European residency pathways. His focus is on bringing institutional-grade transparency to an industry historically dominated by opaque marketing.

Dean leads the platform's fund evaluation methodology, investor education content, and advisory partnerships. He works directly with fund managers, immigration lawyers, and regulators to ensure the data on Movingto remains accurate, current, and independently verified.
