What We Publish

Movingto Funds publishes educational content about Golden Visa investment funds, including fund fee analysis, process timelines, regulatory updates, fund structure comparisons, and investor guides. Our content focuses on Portugal, with coverage of Spain, Italy, and Greece where relevant.

How We Research

All content is researched from primary sources: fund prospectuses and offering memoranda, KID/KIID documents, CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários) filings and registrations, immigration authority publications (AIMA), audited fund reports, and direct communications with fund managers. Where data is sourced from secondary materials, we note this explicitly. We cite sources within articles and link to primary documents where available.

What "Verified" Means — and What It Does Not

When a fund is labelled "Verified" on Movingto Funds, it means the fund has completed our independent Verification Program. Verification confirms that the fund's regulatory registration, fee disclosures, and key factual claims have been independently checked against primary documents.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement, investment recommendation, or guarantee of returns. It does not assess investment quality, strategy viability, or suitability for any individual investor. "Verified" status does not mean "recommended."

Lawyer Review Policy

Investor-facing guides and articles on our blog may be reviewed by qualified Portuguese immigration lawyers who are registered members of the Ordem dos Advogados (Portuguese Bar Association). Where a reviewer is listed, their review covers legal and process accuracy only — specifically, whether the article correctly describes immigration procedures, regulatory requirements, filing steps, and legal terminology.
