• Fund Managers and Partners: Public enquiries go to Movingto first. We do not pass your details directly to a fund manager from the Site. We may share relevant information later where needed to provide requested services, after client engagement, client request, or another lawful basis.
• Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Site, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support services.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. We remove URL query strings and fragments from analytics events and exclude private account routes. Selected first-party product events, including fund-finder responses and result counts, use a short-lived per-tab identifier in Supabase without referrer, browser fingerprint, or account ID. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track across both measurement paths. Intercom support storage is optional and loads only after you request and enable chat. You can change that choice through Privacy choices in the footer or clear site data through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations

8. Data Retention

Temporary chat-to-CRM synchronisation records are removed on a scheduled basis after 30 days following a completed handoff, or after 90 days of inactivity if the handoff remains incomplete. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including fund manager websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
