Patrícia Jordão is responsible for leading Finance and Operations at Heed Capital, bringing more than 15 years of specialised experience across fund accounting, financial reporting and operational oversight in Portugal’s asset management sector. She holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Management of Financial Institutions from ISCAL and is a certified accountant registered with the OCC, adding strong technical foundations to her practical experience. Patrícia began her career at Fundger, where she worked closely with real estate investment funds, before moving to Caixagest and later Caixa Gestão de Ativos. Over more than a decade in those roles, she developed deep expertise in budgeting, funding, back-office operations, and the financial structures that support complex investment vehicles. Her work has consistently centred on accuracy, controls, and process improvements, making her a key contributor to the financial stability of the organisations she has served. She joined Heed Capital in 2024 to strengthen the firm’s internal finance capabilities and operational governance. Known for her disciplined approach and steady judgement, Patrícia plays an essential role in ensuring the firm's financial processes remain robust, transparent, and aligned with regulatory expectations. Her focus remains on building efficient systems that support both the day-to-day functioning and long-term ambitions of the company.
