Nuno Miguel de Lemos Montes Pinto brings a long and steady track record in financial leadership, shaped by more than two decades in corporate finance, private banking and operational management. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked on financial consultancy and developed the analytical discipline that would define his approach. He later joined Midas Investimentos and went on to lead finance functions at BBVA Privanza Portugal, gaining deep insight into wealth management and the operational structure of large financial institutions. Before joining Heed Capital, Nuno also served as Finance Director in the tourism sector, adding industry breadth and hands-on experience in managing companies through different market cycles. As part of Heed’s founding team, he has played a key role in building the firm’s internal financial framework, ensuring transparency, long-term stability and rigorous governance. Today he serves as CFO and Board Member, overseeing financial strategy and risk management while supporting the firm’s broader growth initiatives.
