Lourenço Cornélio da Silva brings a multidisciplinary foundation to Heed Capital’s investment team, shaped by a first career in architecture and several years working across real estate appraisal and residential broking. After earning a Master of Architecture and later completing executive studies at Nova SBE, he transitioned into the investment side of the sector. He joined Heed in 2022 and now manages funds focused on direct real estate developments. His blend of design knowledge, field experience, and market insights gives him a practical, detail-oriented approach to assessing projects and guiding development-driven strategies.
