Tomás Lavin Peixe is a Partner at Lince Capital, where he plays a central role in shaping the firm’s venture capital strategy and scaling its portfolio of high-growth technology and innovation-led companies. He previously worked in private equity at Explorer Investments and held M&A and business development roles at Labatec Pharma across Lisbon and Geneva. Tomás began his career in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, gaining extensive experience in valuation, due diligence, and cross-border transactions. He holds an MBA with a major in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
