Rodrigo Duarte serves as a Board Member at Lince Capital and was previously the firm’s Head of Operations, overseeing fund execution, investment processes, and portfolio performance. Since joining in 2018, he has been involved in the full cycle of private equity and venture capital transactions, from sourcing and due diligence to divestments. Before Lince Capital, Rodrigo gained experience in financial planning at EDP, real estate management at CBRE, and international project work in Mozambique and the US. He holds a Master's in Management from Católica Lisbon with a specialisation in strategy and entrepreneurship.
