Raquel Costa leads the Finance Department at Lince Capital, overseeing financial reporting, fund operations, budgeting, and performance control across the firm’s private equity, venture capital, and real estate vehicles. Before joining Lince Capital, she spent nearly five years as Accounting Manager at AGS, part of the Marubeni Group, and began her career as a senior auditor at EY, working with multinational clients across Europe, Africa, and the US. Raquel holds a Master’s in Finance from ISCTE and is a Certified Accountant with the Portuguese Order of Accounting Professionals.
