Lourenço Mayer leads the Growth Funds division at Lince Capital, overseeing strategy, portfolio development and value-creation initiatives across the firm’s growth-stage investments. Before joining Lince, he built a strong private equity and corporate finance background at ECS Capital, progressing from Analyst to Associate, and earlier worked as a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst at KPMG. His experience spans deal execution, financial modelling and portfolio management. Lourenço holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
