Afonso Castel-Branco Próspero leads the Legal and Compliance Department at Lince Capital and serves as a board member, overseeing the regulatory framework behind the firm's growing portfolio of private equity and venture capital funds. Since joining in 2017, he has played a central role in structuring and launching multiple investment vehicles and ensuring rigorous compliance across the organisation. Afonso is also the Compliance Officer at GEF SGOIC and previously worked in corporate, real estate, and commercial law at F. Castelo Branco & Associados. He has been registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.
