Tânia Nunes Carvalheiro joined Heed Capital SGOIC, S.A. in March 2024 and serves as Legal Counsel and Secretary General. She works across corporate governance, contracts and regulatory matters, helping align the firm’s legal framework with its strategic ambitions. Tânia holds a degree in Solicitorship from ISCAL and a Law degree from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. She began her career in 2018 in litigation at Castro Neto Advogados and later trained with several Lisbon law firms, gaining experience in dispute resolution and corporate and tax matters. This combination of practical courtroom exposure and advisory work allows her to bring both precision and pragmatism to Heed’s day-to-day legal decision-making.
